I drink doburoku (omiki (sacred sake)) take home from a shinto shrine. Some local shinto shrine, doburoku will be given by donating a small amount of money (shrine fee). It's taste like Korean makgeolli. |

I bought a bottle of blended Japanese whiskey "Hibiki 21 years / Half Bottle (35cl)". This is one of my favorite whiskeys. |

A total lunar eclipse could be seen tonight. The eclipse was visible in Takebashi Tokyo from 7:00 p.m. A lunar eclipse occurs when the sun, earth and moon form almost a straight line. It was very mysterious. The next one will on April 4, 2015. |

The famous master chef at an eel restaurant appear on NHK TV program. I had an urge to have an eel. It was not the Day of Ox of Dog Days, but I went to NODAIWA and I ate grilled eel and rice in lacquered box with clear soup of eel liver. It is said that eating eel helps stave off summer heat fatigue. |
