I ate ramen for lunch today at HARU CHAN Ramen in Shimbashi.
This ramen feature a rich stock made from pork and dried sardines, flavoured with salt.
The pork is stewed until exquisitely tender and sliced just before serving, preserving its savoury flavour.
This ramen shop appeared in Michelin Guide Tokyo 2024.
